Residence at No.45 Yueyang Road
Located in Building 1, No.45 Yueyang Road, the detached garden residence was built in 1911. The building has two floors, with a protruding terrace in the south, the middle part of which is semicircular. Pilasters could be seen indistinctly on the walls of the first floor. The main walls are made of red plain bricks or watermark pebbles. The base is built with tiger-skin stones. Some of the door and window openings are circular arch-shaped. The fanlights feature mat patterns made by red bricks. Mobil managers and Sassoon once lived here. It is now used by Shanghai Teenager Science and Technology Education Center. The Residence at No.45 Yueyang Road was announced by Xuhui District People's Government as Cultural Relic Preservation Unit of Xuhui District on August 2, 2007.
